Returns: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery or purchase.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with tags or original packaging, if applicable.
Exchanges: Eligible items may be exchanged for a different size or available style.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized merchandise, clearance/final-sale items, and items that have been worn, washed, stained, altered, or damaged after purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds: Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error on our part.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the merchandise was defective, damaged upon arrival, or the wrong item was shipped.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase may be required.
Block Wear reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges that do not meet the requirements of this policy.
